Agata Gala

I’m a talent acquisition professional based in Luxembourg, currently a Strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Amazon, where I’ve spent more than ten years across recruiting and talent-leadership roles. My work sits where business strategy meets people: understanding what an organisation is trying to build, then designing the hiring approach that gets it there.

I’ve led international recruiting teams across Germany, Luxembourg, Ireland, Romania, the UK and beyond — hiring everything from highly specialised technical roles to high-volume operational ones, across more than a dozen job families. I’m at my best coaching teams to scale, advising senior leaders, and using funnel data and deep-dive analysis to anticipate bottlenecks and make better hiring decisions.

I care about the craft and the candidate in equal measure — strong assessment, a genuinely good candidate experience, and partnerships that deliver. I’m a continuous learner (most recently through Amazon’s Machine Learning University on generative AI for leaders), and I work in English and Polish.
